About the Role
Take product concepts from idea through validation, discovery, documentation, shipping, measurement, and iteration.
Work as part of an autonomous agile team along with experienced designers and engineers to deliver outstanding products to both internal and external customers.
Author strategy documents (memos) and presentations, and represent your team’s work to senior executives and business leaders.
Collaborate with the extended Product Management team to deliver common features and connected data across our technologies.
Work with business stakeholders and experience design partners to deeply understand and socialise the evolving needs of our organisation, partners, and people who work on our products.
5+ years of experience as a product owner working across a mix of consumer, enterprise, and internal tools. Experience with financial applications and accounting is a plus.
5+ years technology product management with agile teams, with responsibility across a portfolio of products or services.
Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies and user experience design patterns, and the innate curiosity and desire to learn more.
Technical fluency, including the ability to work with stakeholders to identify, develop and document requirements to support delivery while negotiating tradeoffs between users, business leaders, designers and engineering partners
A master of organisation and prioritisation who has the ability to triage multiple initiatives with a strong ability to focus team efforts on tackling the right problems at the right time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an affinity for socialising product complexity with ease to a variety of audiences
Understanding of quantitative research methods such as AB testing and analytics
